A. Chair (Lee): Stepping down in October to help out the Oakridge School District more. MBO
make $468 for the club. Ridgeline Magazine was a MBO – asked me to write an article about
the club. I'll do a write-up for the position. No hits yet on our ad.
B. Vice Chair (Austin Larson): I got a call from Tom Lyons – mountain town disc golf in late Sept
– if we bring bikes we can ride from disc golf hole to hole IF we have a table there.
C. Treasurer (Chantal): We're in the black - $18k in account.
D. Secretary (Jeff Green): Film festival was a success.
E. Trail Work (Peter O'Toole): Trail work season is closed due to seasonal fire season. Trail work
will commence when the rains return.
F. PR/Marketing (Ben Hansen): Planned absence.
G. Rides/Events (Sean Fitzpatrick): MBO went great. Daniella mentioned there might be a way
for people to work there way towards a full MBO entry, shuttling gear from Newport.
Middle Fork happy ride was successful. Maybe another social at Pedaler this fall. Taco
Tuesday is well-attended. Lava Lake campout coming up. Sept. Silver Falls happy ride first or
third week in September. In October, we talked about bringing back Sawtooth Struggle but
it's currently under a closure. We'll discuss moving ACM to March at the next meeting. Peter:
If we move it, we'd want to get it on our yearly permit. Jeff: We could use a vintage ride –
maybe WP in the winter.
