I just rode it yesterday and nothing been done with the divits. Paul timm and friends (me) cleared entire trail and roads in.  So it would be  nice if you could do some tread work on these divits as we cut over 300 trees out accessing trail and trail. Also clean up some of the gravel lower down.

the lawler trail is now closed from deval creek to eula trailhead due to logging.  A guided horseback group now rides lawler from the hike-a-bike to viewpoint and back. This is the third time I’ve encountered them,  They are 10 to 15 riders including childrend and they cut across the swichbacks and use the swamp by the shelter for shortcuts.  They are heavy armed

dead mt. rode  #210 is heavery worked expect 20min to three hours wait.  The east approach from 2408 is also worked by brushers, expect delays.

They  are working weekends sometimes.  probably ok to bike up as you get around all those projects.

I brushed it out last sunday, and today. So all the worst is gone and you can see and ride the trail at speed.  If you have trouble go to the eye doctor or stop and  brush. This is a lightly used trail so  keep  simple.

I disagree as I cut out about a 1,8 miles above those turn pikes. The worst is the 2 elongated switchbackes and  a drainage ditch with a werid  unknown plant .  So two miles of ns tie cutout and about 1/2 mile more in places needs it to the bottom of road 104.  The rest is bitching riding since nobody rides those trails it likes riding 20 years ago.

ns tie is almost entirely cut out now.  I’ve cut two miles of it out now.  watch out for loose P.O.
