Resize banner photo for interior pages

I love the banner photo, but it takes up almost half my screen and shows full-sized on every page. How about a shorter version for interior pages?

How about using the browser scroll feature or the or the down arrow on your keyboard?

OK Arthur, I get it – low priority. But c'mon — you know as well as I do that's a pretty weak solution. The welcome/front-page deserves a big hairy graphic, but after we've said hello & logged in, we're trying to move around the site & get stuff done. The mega-header is just in the way at that point.

However, I also have to say… the site looks great, and I'm really glad we switched over. Thanks!
