The BLM would like to solicit your input on the Carpenter Bypass non-motorized trail system (WhyPass).

The Eugene District Bureau of Land Management will be hosting a public meeting with the goal of obtaining public input regarding the WhyPass trail system. Attendees will have a chance to review and provide feedback on plans for potential recreational development including conceptual plans for parking facilities and new non-motorized trail systems for hikers, mountain bikers and trail runners. The meeting will be open house format and take place on April 26 from 6-8 p.m. at the Lorane Grange, Lorane, Oregon (at the corner of Old Lorane and Orchard Roads).
